1. Complete molecular biology experiments independently, such as primer design, plasmid extraction, PCR, molecular cloning, cell transfection, protein purification, etc;

2. Complete the experimental work arranged by the experimental platform, collect and sort out the original records during the experiment, and report them regularly;

3. Have experience in cell culture operation, and have participated in or independently completed the work related to cell transfection;

1. Bachelor degree or above: major in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, and medicine;

2. Those skilled in molecular cloning, cell culture and flow cytometry are preferred;
