1. Responsible for the development, confirmation, and validation of analytical methods related to the company's project physics and chemistry, as well as the transfer of analytical methods and other methodological related work; Establish, revise, and upgrade testing method standard operating procedures and corresponding records;

2. Familiar with the principles of the above methods, experiments and instrument operations, daily maintenance and cleaning of instruments, annual measurement and verification matters;

3. Understand product structure characterization analysis and testing related work, and be able to analyze relevant data of product primary structure, secondary structure, and advanced structure;

4. Continuously optimize clinical testing methods to meet the needs of Sino US declaration and commercialization;

5. Responsible for reviewing daily testing records and auxiliary records of team members to ensure compliance;

6. Responsible for issuing product related inspection reports;

7. Has good cross departmental communication and negotiation skills, and proactively assists superiors in completing other assigned tasks.

1. Education/major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in biology, analysis, pharmacy, chemistry, and other related fields;

2. Professional skill requirements: Proficient in the theoretical knowledge of biological analysis, capable of developing instrument analysis methods, familiar with GCP and GMP regulatory knowledge;

3. Work experience requirement: At least 7 years of work experience in the field of biological analysis.
