On November 26, 2021, the business school of Shanghai Luoqi Bio-pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luoqi Business School") officially opened! The first training course was held in the conference room of Phase 3 of the International Medical Park. The theme of this training was "Meet a different person and make a better Luoqi". The training invited Dr. Wan Yakun, general manager of Luoqi Biology, to deliver a speech.

Today's training kicked off in the "ice-breaking" activity organized by the host Zhu Yan.

First of all, Liu Guoxin from the Quality Analysis Department brought you the training of "thinking about self-management and organizational management". After the training content, four groups had a heated discussion, and each group sent representatives to share the connection and feelings between the training course and the actual work.

Next, Luo Mingyan from the Intellectual Property Department shared her own working methods with you. "Get things done time management" makes you remember.

The morning course ended in an endless stream. After a short lunch break, Zhu Yan, the host, organized everyone to participate in the "warm-up" activity.

In the afternoon, Zhang Xiaomei from the Human Resources Department will give you the training of "leader transformation and cognition". Through individual "Sudoku" and group "Sudoku" activities, we hope to give you the enlightenment of "manager transformation" and explore the way of leader transformation together. In the "Sudoku" activity, Zhang Yicai, the purification department, won the first prize in the individual, and the third group won the first prize in the group.

We have the honor to invite Ms. Huang Jing to talk about the course "How middle managers cooperate with organizations, grow together and grow" for the kids of Loki Biology. The course is wonderful and full of goods, which makes the kids feel benefited and enlightened. To this end, we added a digestion, discussion and sharing link on the site, and each group actively participated and shared.

Next, Chen Tingting from the Quality Assurance Department brought us the "5s management experience" course. Tingting's course was vivid and pragmatic, close to the "reality". It was all the small things that happened around us, but also the details that we could not ignore. Tingting used her own personal experience to teach and share good working methods to everyone, which was easy to understand.

The last training content today was shared by Li Xue'e of the Quality Analysis Department with everyone "Clinical application of innovative drugs&pharmaceutical research and evaluation of marketing application". The degree of professionalism was so high that the relevant work partners quietly discussed it on the spot. It can be seen that the sharing attributes, whether professional or timely, are currently required by Rocky Biology.
