1. Responsible for the establishment and determination of experimental methods related to the biological activity of antibody drugs in vitro;

2. Responsible for the daily recovery, culture, passage and cryopreservation of cell lines;

3. Be able to correctly understand the experimental design and requirements, and independently complete the in vitro cell experiment (including but not limited to tumor cell culture, immune cell sorting, co-culture, and drug treatment).

1. Master's degree or above in biology, with relevant education background in cell biology, immunology, etc;

2. Be familiar with the in vitro pharmacodynamic evaluation of antibody drugs, and have experience in cell based bioassay experiments such as cell proliferation inhibition, ADCC, MLR, and reporter gene detection;

3. Proficient in using flow cytometry, multi-function enzyme marker and other commonly used biological analysis instruments and related instruments;
